Job seekers in the Peel region will have the opportunity to connect with employers face-to-face and apply for available job opportunities when Mandurah Forum hosts its third and final jobs fair on January 30.
Full-time, part-time and casual opportunities in hospitality, retail and service roles will be available, and newly announced global fashion giant H&M will be one of the retailers attending the jobs fair, hoping to match some of their vacancies with the right candidates.
Other confirmed retailers attending the jobs fair include Ribs & Burgers and Gazman.

These new retailers and hospitality operators will open their doors in the final stage of Mandurah Forum’s $350 million redevelopment which will be unveiled in the coming months.
At this final jobs fair, brands will be looking for applicants who have experience or qualifications in a range of areas including customer service experience in fashion, general merchandise and services, and food and beverage.
Leadership opportunities will also be available.
After successfully matching job seekers with new roles at the inaugural jobs fair in June 2017 and the David Jones careers fair in November last year, centre manager Jacqueline McKenzie said Mandurah Forum was thrilled to again offer the local community the chance to find current and upcoming roles as a result of the centre’s $350 million redevelopment.
“As a growing centre in the heart of the Peel region, we’re proud to be hosting this upcoming jobs fair which will give our local community the unique chance to apply for new jobs and learn first hand about career options that will soon be available at Mandurah Forum,” Ms McKenzie said.
“Once Mandurah Forum’s $350 million transformation is complete, we estimate we will have created more than 700 ongoing retail, hospitality and service jobs.”
To make the jobs fair experience convenient for applicants, the fair will be split across two centre locations, with available jobs separated into available hospitality roles and retail and services roles.
To minimise wait times applicants will also be split into separate queues, depending on the roles and retailers they are interested in working for.
Prior to the upcoming jobs fair, it’s recommended that applicants review all positions at mandurahforum.com.au/jobsfair to ensure they meet the skills and qualifications required and make notes of who they wish to meet on the day.
Job seekers are encouraged to regularly review Mandurah Forum’s website to view additional retailers who join the event and the opportunities they have available.
Applicants should remember to treat the fair like an interview, and have been urged to “dress to impress” and bring plenty of copies of your resume.
The event will be held at Mandurah Forum on January 30 from 4pm to 8pm.
