A Mandurah man accused of indecently dealing with his own child has had his bail conditions relaxed, allowing him unsupervised access to his daughters.
A Mandurah man accused of indecently dealing with his own child has had his bail conditions relaxed, allowing him unsupervised access to his daughters.
The man, who cannot be named, appeared in Mandurah Magistrates Court on Friday.
He was not required to plead to the child sex charge, and was given until next month to seek legal advice.
Counsel for the man requested his client’s protective bail condition banning him from having unsupervised access to any child under 18 years old be amended to allow him to care for the children.
Magistrate Anne Longden granted the request.
The man will next face court on November 24.
He was remanded on bail.
