War veterans, service men and women and their families, and friends gathered at Mandurah’s RSL following the morning memorial to continue with the Anzac Day celebrations.
While some enjoyed a sausage sizzle and a cold beer, others kept their eyes glued to two coins being tossed in the air for a game of the Anzac-favourite two-up.
The gambling game, which was played by WWI soldiers while on camp, is only played on Anzac Day and gives punters the chance to bet for head or tails before the coins are tossed in the air.
