The state’s finest harness racing horses, drivers and trainers will be all in at Pinjarra Paceway this Monday for the running of the Pinjarra Pacing Cup.
While the field is yet to be released, the $50,000 prize pool and prestige of the cup is set to attract many to WA’s high-profile pacing personalities.
“It’s a huge day for the club. Our biggest meet for the year,” Pinjarra Paceway marketing and administration coordinator Kathleen Howse said.
“There’s plenty of quality in the field and a lot for families to enjoy as well.”
The Paceway will operate three bars, a restaurant and a number of children’s activities.
A crowd of approximately 5000 is expected to attend the afternoon meeting, with gates opening at 10.30am.
