A Mandurah man accused of accessing child pornography online is likely to face trial in a Perth court later this year.
The man, who police said was a member of the Comanchero motorcycle club at the time of his arrest, pleaded not guilty in Mandurah Magistrates Court on Tuesday to the offences which are alleged to have happened between October and November last year.
He was remanded on $10,000 bail and strict conditions he surrender his passport, not leave Western Australia, not be within 100 metres of an international airport, and not use the internet except for banking and email.
The accused is expected to face Perth Magistrates Court before the end of April for his next appearance.
