Customers are deserting the embattled Tigerair as the airline continues its attempt to fly its stranded passengers home from Bali.
Hundreds of holidaymakers were stranded as Tigerair struggled to re-accomodate passengers on its parent-airline Virgin Australia, or issue full refunds.
Since the interruption, customers have taken to the Tigerair Facebook page to request refunds for flights scheduled as late as July.
"Tigerair; are you offering free cancellations for people that are travelling in the future with you? I'm booked for a weekend in April and I'd prefer to make other arrangements rather than wait and have the holiday ruined by your company's problems," one posted.
"We're supposed to fly to & from Bali with you guys in March/April. I feel like we should cancel our flights & book with someone else simply because of the unknown," another said.
When asked if the company had any words of reassurance for its future customers, a Tigerair spokesperson said the airline was trying its best to rectify the situation.
"Tigerair Australia continues to work with the Indonesian Government in order to start flying to Bali again as soon as possible and we are progressing on options to resume services as soon as possible this week," he said.
Tigerair is currently offering all passengers booked to travel to and from Bali refunds upon request up until February 13.

The future of Tigerair's Bali service currently hangs in the balance, as the airline continues its confidential talks with the Indonesian authorities and Virgin Australia commencing its emergency relief service on Tuesday.
Flights from January 18 onwards remain under review, while the January 20 service has been cancelled indefinitely.
A number of Perth passengers remain affected by the cancellations, with flights diverted to either Brisbane or Sydney.
For some passengers, this meant almost five extra hours of travelling time.
Tigerair apologised to its customers for the disrupted service, and said it was doing 'everything possible' to assist with refunds and flight changes with other carriers.
"Tigerair Australia has also covered accommodation costs for those passengers in Bali affected by cancellations.
"All customers affected by a cancelled service have been communicated to directly as usual by sms and email, with regular updates also appearing on Tigerair Australia's travel alerts page."
