It wouldn’t feel like a new year without them, so of course much-lauded Australian musos Glenn Shorrock and Brian Cadd are reuniting on stage for a limited Australian tour in 2017.
Following their record-breaking Sharky and the Caddman tour of 2014-2015, the pair return along with Axiom members Chris Stockley and drummer Doug Lavery, as well as legendary singer/guitarists Sam See and Glyn Mason.
They will perform timeless smash hits like Little Ray of Sunshine, Reminiscing, Ginger Man, Arkansas Grass, Cool Change, Help is on its Way and Don’t You Know its Magic from the 60’s to the 80’s, harvested from their past supergroups The Twilights, The Groop, Axiom, The Bootleg Family and more.
Cadd was inducted into both the ARIA and Australian Songwriters Hall of Fame in 2007, a milestone in a career that has now lasted 60 years. Shorrock is also a Hall of Famer, and is probably best known for his tenure in one of the biggest Australian groups ever, the Little River Band.
Both musos will be hot on the heels of respective releases, so expect some new tunes to be played on the night.
Shorrock, Cadd and band head to Mandurah Performing Arts Centre on March 19.
Take a journey over five decades with Glenn Shorrock and Brian Cadd, two of Australia’s most successful and internationally renowned music legends; it’s sure to be a night not to be missed. Tickets and more information through manpac.com.au or through the Box Office on 9500 3900.
