Doctor Andrew Webster graduated from the University of Glasgow and moved to Australia to complete his basic physician training.
He completed advanced training in respiratory and sleep medicine in Sydney, including advanced lung diseases and transplantation at St. Vincent’s Hospital and Royal Prince Alfred Hospital and obtained his FRACP in 2006.
Andrew subsequently obtained a research grant and spent three years as a research fellow in advanced lung disease and has presented at the TSANZ and research meetings.
He completed further training in sleep medicine at Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital in Perth and worked there as a consultant sleep physician before joining Sleep WA, where he worked for a year.

Dr Webster started his own practice in Mandurah two years ago and also consults in West Perth at Sleep Australia.
Andrew has a special interest in sleep disorders associated with mental health issues.
He is also a consultant respiratory and sleep physician for the aboriginal health services in Perth.
