The Real Estate Institute of Western Australia (REIWA) has appointed local real estate professional Frank Lawrence as chairman of its Mandurah branch.
The branch provides REIWA members in the area with the opportunity to come together to discuss the local market and provide direction on issues affecting the region.
Mr Lawrence, who is licensee and a principal at H&N Perry, said his appointment provides him with the chance to give back to the industry.
“My aim is to foster greater involvement from local agents and their staff, with regular meetings providing a learning opportunity, networking with industry colleagues and updates on the market, both locally and across the state.” REIWA chief Neville Pozzi said.
Mr Lawrence’s 25 years’ experience in the Mandurah real estate industry places him in good stead to chair the branch.
“Frank is a very experienced real estate professional and has received many accolades and awards over the years, in recognition of his strong sales history and success as an auctioneer,” Mr Pozzi said.
“On behalf of everyone at REIWA, we welcome Frank and look forward to his contribution.”
