Mandurah Police and detectives have charged a 34-year-old Boddington man over an armed robbery at a service station in Mandurah overnight.
Police will allege about 12.50am Sunday morning, the man entered the service station on Pinjarra Road and told the attendant he was armed with a firearm.
His face was concealed with a mask.
He demanded cash and other items, and obtained a quantity of both before leaving the area.
Police located the man a short time later at a nearby train station.
A review of the CCTV from the service station also revealed the man allegedly stole food items from the station earlier in the evening.
The man has been charged with armed robbery, possessing cannabis, stealing and breach of bail.
He was due to appear before the Perth Magistrates Court on Sunday.
