A stretch of busy Old Coast Road in Halls Head will be closed between Mary Street and McLarty Road between 7pm and 7am on Friday night to allow for the installation of underground water pipes.
The closure and maintenance works were originally scheduled for Thursday August 25, but were delayed to Friday.
Main Roads WA will put a detour in place via Mary Street and McLarty Road to maintain access around the work site.
Residents will still have access to their properties at all times.
