Fire crews from Mandurah were called to a car fire on Saturday afternoon.
The alarm was raised about 4pm when an abandoned vehicle was set alight on a vacant block on Henson Street, just off Mandurah Terrace.
Firefighters quickly brought the blaze under control.
Investigations are under way.
