Two Mandurah restaurants have been recognised for their quality dining experience, being named finalists for the 2016 Kleenheat Gold Plate Awards at the Crown Perth on July 25.
Jasmine Thai was announced as a finalist in the “Licensed Thai” category, while Redmanna is a finalist for both the “Seafood Dining” and “Tourism Restaurant” categories.
Jasmine Thai owner Myrna Walker said she was ecstatic.
“It was the first time we entered so it’s great. Now we just have to work hard through the finals!” she said.
Redmanna was a Gold Plate finalist for the seafood category from 2009-13, and currently hold the award from 2015.
Winners will be announced at the Gold Plate Gala Night on November 14.
