From the award-winning creators of international hits Alvin Sputnik: Deep Sea Explorer and It’s Dark Outside will bring their new show Falling Through Clouds to Mandurah Performing Arts Centre on August 5 and 6.
It’s Dark Outside is a dark tale of reaching for the impossible: Mary has a wild imagination, and by day she raises birds from extinction, but at night she dreams of flight.
The possibilities are endless. If she can dream it, then it can be, but the imagination can be a dangerous thing.
Blending puppetry, animation, music, performance and live video, Falling Through Clouds is a wildly fun and playfully dark investigation into how dreams can get the better of us all.
The Last Great Hunt is delighted to bring this truly original, new work by some of Australia’s most promising independent theatre-makers to Mandurah.
The show plays at 3pm and 7.30pm on Friday August 5 and 7.15pm on Saturday August 6.
Tickets are $35, cheaper for Friends of MPAC, on 9550 3900 or at manpac.com.au.
