The funniest comedians from this year’s Sydney Comedy Festival are hitting the road and bringing an all-start comedy showcase to Mandurah Performing Arts Centre on Thursday August 4.
Now in its fourth year, the showcase tour spreading its wings further and bringing its unique brand of comedy to the west coast for the very first time.
With an epic comedy line up expertly curated from this year’s festival, audiences are sure to be left sore from belly laughs.
Just added to the line-up is WA born and bred comic Sean Conway, a National Finalist of Raw Comedy 2013, and Michael Workman, the Perth-hailing comedian known for his dry wit and bitter fables.
Highlights from the showcase will include US comic Paul Ogata whose animated delivery and edgy humour will have you in stitches.
Perth’s princess of Perthonality Famous Sharron – who is very, very famous for absolutely nothing – will be entertaining the audiences with her witty humour.
Host of the night, comedy circuit veteran and heavy hitter Jacques Barrett will be delivering consistent blows of killer lines, as will be the 2015 winner of the Sydney Comedy Festival Director’s Choice Award, Luke Heggie.
Heggie has been acclaimed for his deadpan, iconically Australian delivery and lack of political correctness: check out his interview on page 40.
Tickets are $34.90 and can be booked on 9550 3900 or through manpac.com.au.
