There was icy start to Sunday across Perth and much of the state as temperatures tumbled in the early hours of the morning.
Weather forecaster Paul Vivers said the official low temperature for Perth was 1.2 degrees at 7.30am.
But it appeared it was lower in many parts of the metropolitan area with a number of people reporting ice on their cars.

While it felt really cold across the metropolitan area it wasn't the lowest temperature we have had this winter.
A few weeks back the mercury dropped to 0.6 in Perth. That was on July 13 and coldest recorded day for Perth was zero degrees on July 3, 2010.
The coldest temperature across the state in the early hours of Sunday was -2.2 at Southern Cross.
"So, no records broken," said Mr Vivers.
"But it was pretty cold. It won't be so bad in the early hours of tomorrow when we are forecasting a minimum of around 5 degrees."
The forecast for the next few days shows Monday as cloudy with a maximum of 17, and Tuesday cloudy and 18.
It will be a bit warmer in the later part of the week with temperatures for Wednesday, Thursday and Friday in the low twenties.
