Canning MP Andrew Hastie and communications minister Mitch Fifield announced that a re-elected Turnbull Government would deliver improved mobile phone coverage to Lake Clifton and Serpentine/Keysbrook as part of an additional $60 million commitment to extend the Mobile Black Spot Programme.
