Perth's hottest 'mummy blogger', Constance Hall, has had another major win after being featured on Ellen DeGeneres' video website Ellentube.
Hall's blog The Not So Secret Life of Us, filled with brutally frank accounts and images of parenting, marriage and women's struggles with body image, has earned her an adoring following.
Word has spread across Australia, then America after actor Ashton Kutcher plugged the Hamilton Hill mother's Facebook post - and then, Ellentube producers got in touch with Hall's agent.
"They said they were interested in doing an interview because they heard I was completely in love with Ellen," she said.
"I can't breathe, I'm so excited," Hall Facebooked on Friday after the website aired her interview under the title 'This blogger is changing the world with one photo'.
The interview is edited from an hour-long Skype chat with an Ellentube staffer done in a Margaret River park (Hall had to get a babysitter in order to go 'somewhere quiet').
It tracks her rise to fame and her posting of an uncompromising image of her body, prompting a flood of other women - 'queens', in her words – to do the same.
"There are a lot of football players in Australia and they have all these gorgeous wives," she said in the interview.
"We are comparing ourselves to these women all the time because they are right in our faces.
"So I shared my belly and my real body and said to everyone share your bodies and love your bodies and let's all be beautiful."
She shares her amazement at waking up the next morning to 50,000 new followers, all sharing images previously considered taboo.
"I understand that women have their insecurities but I want them to understand that their insecurities are not valid, they are not real, you do not need to look a certain way in order to be beautiful," she said.
Hall, who is working on a book, said she was thrilled the video showed so many pictures of her 'queens'.
"Everyone got their moment on Ellen," she said.
Her continued success has seen the social media star now branch out to her own website - launched last week.
