PINJARRA police are urging South Yunderup residents to remain on the look out for criminals following a spate of burglaries, theft and anti-social behaviour.
Police said a number of cars had been hit by thieves and burglars were targeting unlocked doors at houses.
In some instances people have been home at the time of the offences.
Police would like anyone with information about these incidents to call Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000 or to call 131 444 to report suspicious activity.
They also remind residents to make it tougher for crooks by keeping doors locked and not leaving valuables in cars.
