Yarloop man on child porn charges has bail varied after losing home in fire.
A YARLOOP man facing child exploitation charges had his bail varied in Mandurah Magistrates Court on Friday after he lost his home in the recent fires.
Colin Paul Choyce has been charged with two counts of possessing child exploitation material, and one of using a carriage service for child pornography.
The court heard Federal police investigators are still analysing material seized from Mr Choyce, with the prosecutor saying it was “entirely possible further charges will be laid”.
The accused is currently living in temporary accommodation in Australind.
He will face court again on March 1.
