Drummond Golf Day a hit at golf course

MATTHEW Wilde won the Annual Drummond Golf Day 18-hole, stableford event held at The Cut on Sunday with an impressive score of 42 from Ning Yap and Clinton Knop.

Wilde won a trip to Melbourne courtesy of Drummond Golf.

Eighty-eight Drummond Golf Mandurah clients and friends participated in the event held in sunny, breezy conditions.

Richard Bolton, co-owner of Drummond Golf Mandurah, said after the event, “Choosing The Cut as the venue for this year’s event was the best decision we could have made”.

“We are lucky to have this sensational golf course in Mandurah, as it’s one of the best in Australia.

“The new changes have made it much more forgiving for players of all abilities, which is just what we want for an event like this.

“The service has been excellent and everyone had a great day.”
