Emergency services have rushed to the scene of a road-train crash 120km north of Geraldton.
Police say there was a collision road train and several cars in the district of Ajana about 50km north of Northampton on the North West Coastal Highway around 1:30pm.
A woman who was trapped in the wreckage has been freed by firefighters and taken to hospital.
The road was closed as paramedics and firefighters worked at the scene.
Two ambulances from Northampton and one from Geraldton were sent to the scene and six fire crews from Geraldton, Northampton and Kalbarri were also sent to help out at the crash.
