PEOPLE planning to go to the Western Derby will have to allow extra time with Mandurah train line services cancelled between Rockingham and Mandurah stations from 7.20pm tonight until Sunday night.
From approximately 8pm on Sunday, the closure will be extended between Cockburn and Mandurah in order to facilitate works on the line.
The last full-line services today will depart the Perth Underground at 6.55pm and depart Mandurah at 7.20pm.
The last Rockingham to Perth services on Sunday night will depart Perth Underground at 7.31pm and depart Rockingham 8.08pm.
Morning train timetables will return to normal on Monday, April 20.
However, train services will be cancelled each evening between Cockburn and Mandurah stations from Monday to Thursday, April 27.
The last full-line services will depart Perth at 7.17pm and depart Mandurah at 7.20pm.
Train replacement bus Route 909 will run while train services are cancelled.
Passengers should allow extra travelling time and be aware that replacement buses may not connect with timetabled bus and train services.
Services will resume with the start of timetabled services on the following mornings.
