Police investigate fatal crash in Jardee

Major Crash investigators say a 25-year-old was killed when a blue Mitsubishi Magna travelling south on Channybearup Road crossed to the wrong side of the road, then ran off the road and hit a tree.

The driver was critically injured and died at the scene. A 21-year-old passenger was flown to Royal Perth Hospital with serious injuries.

Police would like to speak to anyone who saw the crash or the vehicle prior to the crash.
