THE man accused of murdering Mandurah taxi driver Lindsay Ferguson was this week found guilty in the Supreme Court of Western Australia.
Grant Lindon Collard stood trial over the death which happened on Rouse Road on April 24, 2013.
A drug-affected Mr Collard was a passenger in Mr Ferguson’s taxi before the vehicle hit a truck.
Police said Mr Collard threatened the driver with a knife before the crash and damaged the vehicle..
Mr Ferguson died at the scene from a heart attack.
Mr Collard faces a possible life-term in prison when he faces sentencing later this year.
