Police are claiming the massive crowd at the Australia Day Skyworks was one of the best behaved ever, with less than 90 people arrested on Monday night.
Up to 300,000 people crammed into Perth's Swan River foreshore to watch the 30-minute fireworks show.
A number of other crackerjack events were held at Fremantle, Mandurah, Rockingham, Bunbury and Geraldton.
Police say 87 people were charged with a total of 112 offences, including 41 for disorderly behaviour and 42 for drinking fines. There were 153 move on notices.
This compares to the 2014 Skyworks show, where 101 people were arrested.
Commander Jon Tuttle said the evening passed without significant incident.
"The large crowds were well behaved and appeared to have enjoyed the various events around Western Australia," he said.
"I would like to thank all our police officers for their contributions to the day."
