A MAN facing a child sex charge was remanded on $20,000 bail with a similar surety in Mandurah Magistrates Court on Friday.
The accused, who cannot be named to protect the identity of his alleged victim, has yet to plead to a charge of aggravated sexual penetration of a child under 13.
Protective bail conditions have been imposed on the man who has been forced to surrender his passport and is banned from leaving Western Australia.
The man is not allowed within 20 metres of certain parties and is forbidden to have unsupervised access to children.
He will face court again on December 19.
