A SIXTY-SIX-YEAR-OLD man has been caught nearly 70km/h over the limit in central Mandurah yesterday.
It is alleged about 5.25pm Peel traffic officers were conducting a routine traffic operation on Tuckey Street when the man sped past.
He was clocked at 114km/h in a 50km/h zone in a Nissan Navara.
The Navara has been impounded under the State’s hoon laws for 28 days.
The 66-year-old will be summonsed for reckless driving.
