THE Rockingham Rams defeated a fast-finishing Waroona to win the Peel Football League colts grand final.
Rockingham led by 32 points at three-quarter time after kicking with a strong breeze in the third quarter.
With the wind at their backs in the last, the Demons added the first three goals and a handful of behinds to close within nine points with just minutes remaining.
Rockingham added a goal in the final 20 seconds to run out 15-point winners, 9.15 (69) to 7.12 (54).
The Rams' Mitch Wallis was named best on ground.
