A Mandurah magician will head into the Big Brother house, continuing the region's recent run of reality success.
Lawson Reeves, a former Mandurah Catholic College student, is an aspiring actor and a 2011 Performing Arts graduate at Curtin University.
He appeared in the Mandurah Mail newspaper back in 2011 when starred in short film Restare Uniti, and will appear in one other local production due for release in 2015.
Lawson is currently in lockdown ahead of the show's September 8 airing and in his video shared with Big Brother fans, spoke about his love of magic and life motto of 'every day is precious' following the death of his mother when he was 19.
Lawson's entry comes after the Peel region's Chloe James graced the small screen on My Kitchen Rules, and House Rules stars Russell and Carole found themselves at the centre of a scandal after it was revealed they owned a property in Halls Head.
