A brown snake is thought to be responsible for the Jurien Bay bite case.
A snake-bite victim is to be air-lifted from Jurien Bay to Perth.
The 37-year-old man was bitten on the hand by a brown snake at a private property in the town, 223km north of Perth, this morning.
The RAC Rescue helicopter was sent to pick him up and fly him to Royal Perth Hospital.
