THE best work of Mandurah Baptist College (MBC) arts subjects will be on display next month for the annual media, music, art, design and drama (MMADD) showcase.
The halls of the school’s performing arts centre will be packed with work for the exhibition and there will be music and drama performances.
MMADD will open on Friday, September 12 at 6.15pm, with performances at the 7pm at the Lakes Theatre on the school’s Catalina Drive, Lakelands campus.
MBC drama specialist Kylee Retallack said she was proud the students and was excited for the showcase.
“MMADD will include work from senior school students who have worked really hard on their respective pieces,” she said.
Year 12 student and drama captain Cameron Powell said he was looking forward to seeing friends, family members and people from the community at the exhibit.
“We’ve been prepping for this all term but it’s something the senior school works up to all year,” he said.
“The year 12 drama students will perform in a group and some people will do monologues as well.”
