It started as a fun but serious challenge on Wednesday.
After news of AFL great Neale Daniher's battle with Motor Neurone Disease publicly broke, former West Coast Eagles premiership player and 6PR Sports Today host Karl Langdon sent out the challenge that he would be dunked with a bucket of ice water to raise money for research and awareness into the disease.
Dripping after the challenge, he sent out his damp dare live on air to a list of key "Perthanalities" to be dunked in ice water in the name of charity.
Top of the list of West Australian Premier Colin Barnett who on Friday accepted the chilly challenge and had a bucket of icy water tipped over him to raise money and awareness for MND.
