TWO men charged with separate child sex offences were remanded in Mandurah Magistrates Court on Friday to reappear on different dates.
Neil James Spooner is facing six counts of using electronic communication to procure a person under 16 to engage in sexual activity and one count of using electronic communication with intent to expose a person under 16 to indecent material.
Mr Spooner was not required to plead and was remanded to a committal mention in Perth Magistrates Court on October 1.
Also likely to face court in Perth was Alex Charles Marquis who is facing 24 charges of indecently recording a child under 13, one charge of possession of child exploitation material and one charge of indecently dealing with a child under 13.
Mr Marquis did not plead to the charges and will face the local court again on August 5.
