THE State of Western Australia will prepare a fresh indictment before former Mandurah junior school principal Matthew Faulkner stands trial again on charges of indecent dealing.
Mr Faulkner appeared in the Perth District Court on Friday morning after being acquitted of nine child sex offences earlier this month.
A jury could not reach a unanimous decision on two charges following the original trial and a retrial on these matters has been set to start on November 18 and run for three days.
