A CONVICTED rapist who locals fear may be frequenting the Peel region has breached his strict conditional bail and will appear in court tomorrow.
According to reports, Patrick Comeagain visited a relative with children present at the property.
Under his strict bail conditions, Comeagain was not to have any contact with a child under the age of 16.
He has a lengthy criminal history including raping a nine-year-old girl and later two women in their homes.
The convicted rapist has again been granted bail and will appear in the Perth Magistrates Court tomorrow.
There was a public outcry when Comeagain was released on a strict bail with more than 40 conditions in June.
The convicted rapist was soon forced out of a Wheatbelt town where female residents reportedly armed themselves in fear for their safety.
Mandurah and Peel region was drawn into the public outrage with unconfirmed reported sightings of Comeagain in the region earlier this month.
In an statement to the Mandurah Mail at the time, the Department of Corrective Services (DCS) said they would monitor Comeagain closely but refused to confirm his location due to a court-imposed suppression order.
"If Mr Comeagain does not comply with any of the conditions set out in his Supervision Order, DCS will deal promptly with the breach. This can include returning him to custody," a spokesperson said.
On Thursday Comeagain will front the Perth court to charged with one count of contravening a requirement of his supervision order.
