MAGISTRATE Vivien Edwards ignored police concerns and granted a convicted criminal bail in court on Friday, but that man has since failed to appear in court this week and is again wanted by police.
Tyran Aydan de Agrela appeared in Mandurah Magistrates Court in custody on Friday to face nine charges.
Police prosecution opposed bail from the outset sighting his prior breaches of bail and two new breach charges.
But Magistrate Edwards granted Mr de Agrela bail with a scheduled appearance in the Perth Drug Court on Monday.
Mr de Agrela again failed to show and another arrest warrant has been issued.
In court on Friday it was heard police wanted to question Mr de Agrela in relation to other matters and given his criminal history, police argued no conditions could be imposed to ensure the 25-year-old would not commit any further offences.
But Magistrate Edwards went against police wishes and granted Mr de Agrela a curfew bail which he has now subsequently breached.
He will reappear in court when located by police and arrested.
