The wolf call has been made to all Reese Mastin fans with the announcement of an additional Mandurah show on his national tour.
Wolf in the Woods is the first Australian tour the young singer had made since 2012 and Mastin jumped at the chance to give back to the fans he said were the most loyal in Australia.
But it’s not too late to jump on the Mastin band wagon, with the 2012 X-Factor winner promising the latest tour will be one not to miss and will take it to “the next level”.
“I’ve found my path and where I want to go.”

“It’s very different; there’s a new sound, a new band, basically a new everything,” Mastin said.
“It’s a total learning experience for me; we keep pushing and pushing it.
“It’s a bit more rock and a bit more edgy, which is good because that’s where I want to go with my music.
“I’ve found my path and where I want to go.”
The Wolf in the Woods tour is an introduction to the ‘new found’ Mastin, with the audience discovering not only to his new rock-fueled sound, but his latest material from his soon to be released album.
While the yet to be named album is not due to be released until early next year, Mastin said he is taking the opportunity to try out the new material on his fans.
“One of the downfalls of [playing unreleased tracks] is that you don’t know what people will say,” he said.
“I’ve been hearing them for the last year but they’ve never heard these songs before so you can only hope that they’ll like them.
“But it also means when we come back for another national tour after the album has been released, every one will know them.”
For some of the singer’s biggest fans however the September 13 show is too far away to get their Mastin fix, which is where the internet steps in.
Through his Instagram, Facebook and Twitter pages, Mastin has been able to keep in contact with his more than one million combined fans one-on-one.
If that wasn’t enough, Mastin has just launched the Reece Mastin Fan Club.
The private online community has exclusive offers, competitions and direct contact with the man himself, including Q&As which has seen more than 3500 questions asked in an hour.
“The problem with social media is that some people were copping some flack for commenting on my pages,” Mastin said.
“With the club, everyone is on there because they want to be and are all really nice to each other.
“And in turn I get to give gifts to everyone including free downloads of songs.”
Reece Mastin will be at The Lakes Theatre on September 13.
