ONE person has died in a Margaret River crash, taking this year's Easter road toll to four.
About 8.10pm a blue Toyota Corolla was travelling southbound on the Bussell Highway when it collided head-on with a silver Mazda3 near the Margaret River Airport.
A 26-year-old man, from East Perth, driving the Toyota died at the scene.
RAC Rescue, Margaret River and Dunsborough firefighter volunteers attended the crash site and helped free the remaining trapped passengers.
The man's female passenger was seriously injured and had to be airlifted to Royal Perth Hospital.
The female driver and male passenger in the Mazda were both seriously injured with the female driver also flown to Royal Perth Hospital.
