THREE helitankers are currently above a fire burning in Pinjarra.
No homes are under threat from the fire burning off Alderson Street but the fire is yet to be controlled.
More than 30 fire fighters are battling the fire which is moving in a north-westerly direction.
More than 10 hectares has already perished in the blaze with that figure expected to rise when the fire is brought under control.

NO AIR support has been called in as yet for a Pinjarra bushfire burning through bushland.
As it stands more than 10 hectares of scrub has already gone up in smoke in the bushfire which started about 11.30am today.
Fire crews are stationed at both Kwel Road and Lovegrove Street protecting homes in the area.
Flames were reported as close as 100 metres from a home, but crews are on site and no homes have officially been reported as under threat.
The fire is now burning in a north-westerly direction from Alderson Street in Pinjarra with road closures in place.
It is contained but not controlled.
At this stage it is not known what started the fire.

More than 10 hectares of bushland has burned in less than an hour in a Pinjarra fire.
Flames are still just 100 metres from homes on Hampton Road and Lovegrove Street and the fire is still not under control, burning in a north-westerly direction.
But according to reports, the fire has been contained.
Pinjarra Road is partially blocked and other road closures are in place.
Working in the 32° heat, there are more than 30 fire fighters at the scene.
Fuelled by eucalyptus bushland of about four to five metres in height, fire crews are expected to remain on site for the next four to five hours.
Homes are still currently under threat but no evacuation order has been issued.

A BUSHFIRE is currently burning out-of-control in Pinjarra.
Flames are just 100 metres from the back of homes on Lovegrove Street in Pinjarra.
The Department of Fire and Emergency Services first received a 000-call about 11.30am today with reports of a fire burning on Alderson Street near the intersection of Lovegrove Street.
Since then, more than 20 acres of bushland has gone up in smoke with the fire now moving to the intersection of Alderson Street and Kwel Road.
Crews from Mandurah, Pinjarra, West Murray and Coolup are all on site attempting to douse the blaze.
South Yunderup fire fighters are now at the scene along with a crew from Falcon.
At this stage, the fire is not controlled or contained and is burning in a westerly direction.
It is not yet known if an evacuation order has been issued.
