WE HAVE lived in Parklands for the past 20 years and have been virtual prisoners in our own home during the summer months due to plagues of mosquitoes in our area.
We are thrilled that for the first summer ever, we have been able to enjoy the outdoors without being attacked.
We are unsure whether the Mandurah City Council deserve a pat on the back or whether the lack of rain this summer is the reason.
However, we are very happy with our new freedom.
