STUDENTS at Falcon Primary School have taken advantage of the good weather by walking to school.
Eight groups of students, parents and guardians from around the school converge into a “walking bus” to help students keep active and stay safe on their way to school.
The walking buses are part of Falcon’s Travelsmart to School program and the school recently won two Travelsmart awards for most improved school and runner up for the best new school award.
Coordinator Cathy McIntosh said she was pleased with the turnout and that parents and guardians had volunteered to walk with the children.
Keeping fit: Falcon Primary School students started a walking group to school this term.
