POLICE are at the scene of what is believed to be a drug lab on Hancock Street in central Mandurah.
Officers remain at the property with chemical specialists also in attendance.
At this stage police are continuing their investigations into the residents of the property and charges are yet to be laid.
Police at the scene said they had "a number of people helping with their inquiries".
