A FATHER of two was fined in Mandurah Magistrates Court last Friday after police found 560 grams of cannabis in his home, which he claimed was for personal use due to a back injury.
The court heard police searched Todd Robert Fenton’s home and found hydroponics equipment and two plants as well as more cannabis stored in a chest freezer.
The court heard Mr Fenton was now engaged in a proper pain-management plan and was clean of cannabis.
Magistrate Robert Lawrence said Mr Fenton had taken “substantial steps” towards rehabilitation and fined him $500.
