A MAN accused of using a set of bolt cutters to bash a woman in Mandurah earlier this month had his charge upgraded to attempted murder in Mandurah Magistrates Court today.
Troy Jay Power, 48, of Dudley Park, made a brief appearance in court this morning in relation to the July 3 incident.
The charge of grievous bodily harm with intent was dismissed.
Mr Power was remanded in custody to appear at Stirling Garden’s Magistrates Court on July 25 via video link.
