A MADORA Bay man has been charged with a range of offences after allegedly stealing a car and crashing into a house in Armadale last night.
The 18-year-old is alleged to have stolen the vehicle from a house in Seville Grove before police attempted to pull him over on Braemore Street in Armadale just after midnight.
It is alleged the man took off before losing control of the vehicle at a bend on Townley Street.
The vehicle careered into a power pole and house on the corner of Townley Street and Bell Court.
The 18-year-old was arrested and charged with aggravated burglary, stealing and failing to give particulars.
He will front Armadale Magistrates Court today.
No one was injured in the crash but it is believed the house has structural damage.
