Mr Cate's caravan where it is alleged the altercation broke out.
THE man accused of murdering Paul Cate, father of murdered Dawesville teenager Jessie, today indicated he will plead not guilty to his charges in the Stirling Gardens Magistrate Court.
Timothy Skipper, 41, had his charges upgraded to murder in June last year after an altercation broke out at the Dawesville Caravan Park on May 31.
Mr Cate died in Fremantle Hospital from the injuries sustained in the alleged altercation.
Both Mr Cate and Mr Skipper were residents at the caravan park at the time of the incident.
