A WOMAN has sustained minor injuries after losing control of her vehicle at the Peel Street/Mandurah Terrace roundabout this morning.
The accident happened just after 7am in wet conditions.
The woman's utility ploughed into the window of a local real estate agency.
The vehicle has been towed and police are investigating the cause of the crash.
