THE Mandurah Tennis Club team of Lorraine Thomas, Lynda Corbishley, Gerry Crabb and Margaret van Nus won a hard fought final last week to claim the Tennis West Midweek Ladies 45s pennant.
It was a very close final against Allen Park Tennis Club, the final scores being 6 sets all, and 61-58.
After a close season the Mandurah team finished up fourth in the final four.
The women have been playing together for three years and this is their second grand final win.
