After competing in eight rounds throughout the year at Barbagallo Raceway, Callaghan won the top prize in the Holden Commodore State Championship for the saloon car category on October 18.

Callaghan placed consistently throughout the rounds and there was only one race in which he didn’t place in the top three.

He races a Commodore VT and has been driving saloon cars for about three years.
